History

Founded in 1982 by Chris Smith in Kingswinford, West Midlands, Westfield Sports Cars began producing the SEi, a refined interpretation of the classic Lotus Seven formula. The company continuously developed its lineup, introducing the SEiC coupe variant, the extreme XTR2, and the turbocharged Sport Turbo. In 2011, Westfield partnered with the Williams Formula One team to develop the iRacer, an electric sports car designed for track use. Westfield's kits are popular in the UK and internationally for club racing, track days, and road use, offering an affordable entry point into lightweight open-wheel motoring.
